Session 1: Forum on Modern Water Governance and Technological Innovation (continued)

发布时间: 2018-07-06

Based on “prioritizing water saving, spatial balance, systematic governance, and simultaneous functioning of both hands (government and market mechanisms)”, the modern guidelines for water management, as well as the new concept of development, scientifical and technological innovation of water and hydropowe sectors are facing with new challenges and new opportunities as well. On the afternoon of October 18, 2018, an international forum will be held on modern water governance and technological innovation. International colleagues from both developed and developing countries are invited to attend the event, share their new ways of thinking and experience of practices, discuss water and hydropower technolgoies, policy-maing and international research collaboration through in-depth exploration of different cases, promote the role of sciences and technologies in decision making, and address complicated water issues with systematic solutions. Leaders of international water-related organizations, as well as renown experts from home and abroad, are invited to share cases from different countries and thus promote international exchange and scientific progress.
